For heavy/highway construction. Experience with PennDOT and PA Turnpike plans, specifications, and procedures preferred. Position involves quantity take-off, estimate preparation, cost calculations, and contacting subcontractors and suppliers. Paydirt/Sitework, HCSS, and Microsoft Project experience preferred.
